Tired of Cooking for the Holidays? Eat out! There are so many great restaurants in Fairfield County; here are some of my favorite “date night” spots:

Aloi:  Set in a beautiful turn of the century home, the menu is focused on Italian, don’t miss the tuna carpaccio. 62 Main Street, New Canaan

Barcelona: Authentic Spanish cuisine, great tapas, locations in Greenwich (18 West Putnam Ave), South Norwalk (63 North Main Street), and Fairfield (4180 Black Rock Tpke)

Brasitas: Latin fusion, amazing guacamole and ceviche, 430 Main Ave, Norwalk and 954 East Main Street, Stamford

Bombay Bar and Grill: The best Indian food outside of Manhattan, the atmosphere is also very nice. 616 Post Road East, Westport

The Capital Grille: Classic, stylish steakhouse. 230 Tresser Blvd, Stamford

Chings Table: Delicious, fresh Pan Asian food . 64 Main Street, New Canaan

The Dressing Room: Local, natural and organic ingredients, great bar, and cozy atmosphere. 25 Powers Court, Westport

Elm Street Oyster House: A real gem, amazing seafood. 11 West Elm Street, Greenwich

Le Farm: Westport’s newest addition, rustic with a focus on fresh high quality ingredients. 256 Post Road East, Westport.

Liana’s Tratorria: Authentic Italian in a nice atmosphere.  591 Tunxis Hill Road, Fairfield, CT

Osianna: Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on seafood.  70 Reef Rd, Fairfield

The Restaurant at Rowayton Seafood: Fresh creative seafood in a beautiful setting on the 5 Mile River. 89 Rowayton Avenue, Rowayton
