How’s the housing market in Westport, Connecticut?
Every friend I have dinner with or pass in the grocery store asks me the same question, “how’s business?” While I don’t have any magic answers, one statistic that is very interesting is the increase in the volume of 4th quarter home sales in 2009 versus 2008 in Westport, CT. With a 46% increase in home sales at the end of 2009, it looks like we might be headed in the right direction.
