Halloween is a great time for spooky costumes, haunted houses, scary movies and, of course, trick-or-treating. Residents and visitors to Fairfield County can also look forward to a variety of fun parades and unique activities. While the Red Cross and other relief organizations recommend an emergency plan and a three-day supply of food and water, homeowners may also want to consider adding backup power to that list.
